(1). How do we place our order?

Step 1:  Place your order via direct message on Facebook or Instagram OR through SMS/Viber at 0917.576.8982 for Globe and 0968.365.3363 for Smart.

Step 2:  An authorized representative will get in touch with you to confirm the final weights, product availability and delivery schedule.  Upon confirmation of the items, our representative shall then send you a payment link () or the bank details (Metrobank and BPI) for those who prefer doing bank transfers or deposits.

Step 3: Send us a screenshot of your payment confirmation page or an image of    the validated deposit slip.  Once acknowledged from our end, we shall then book the delivery. 

Note:  We make us of third-party courier services such as Grab, Lalamove, Happy Move, etc.  Pls let us know if you'd want us to handle the bookings or if you shall be booking this yourself.  We highly-encourage cashless payments for the safety of all parties.

 

(2). What is your required lead time for product orders/services?

  • Fresh-frozen steaks or meats:  2 days, depends on product availability
  • Marinated meats:  3 days.  We marinade the meats/steaks to order
  • Food platters:  3 days for small orders (4 -10 trays); 1 week for bulk orders
  • Carvery Station:  please advice us 1 to 2 weeks prior to the event date
  • Personal Cook:  Please book in advance.

 

(3).  What are your payment options?

        We strongly enforce cashless payments due to Covid.  In line with this, we have partnered with PayMongo which allows debit and credit card payments, GCash, GrabPay, and Coins.PH and for the OTC options, they have 7/11, Cebuana, and MLhuillier.  We also still accept online banking fund transfer for BPI and Metrobank accountholders.  Please inform us in advance so we can provide you with the necessary details.

 

(4). How will you deliver our orders?

      We partnered with third-party logistics companies so we usually do the bookings.  Please just ensure to provide the exact delivery details together with the landmark/s and active contact numbers of the recipient to help the riders.  

      Should you wish to book yourself, please inform us ahead of time so we can omit including the delivery fee to your total.
